These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop www.decased.ch by customers from Switzerland, Germany and Austria.

The products in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product presentation. By clicking the "Order with payment" button, you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or ship the goods.

All prices are in CHF (for Switzerland) or EUR (for Germany/Austria), including statutory taxes (where applicable). Shipping costs are listed separately and added during the ordering process.

5. Delivery
We ship within Switzerland, as well as to Germany and Austria. Delivery usually takes place within 3–5 business days after receipt of your order. You will be notified immediately of any delays or delivery issues.

6. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (DECASED email: info@decased.ch) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement.
The return of the goods will be at your expense unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

After receiving the returned goods and checking them for damage, we will refund the amount to the account you provided within 14 working days.

The statutory warranty rights apply. If the delivered goods are defective, you have the right to repair, replacement, or refund.
